Nestled in Jacksonville's scenic Cobblestone area, you're just 15 minutes from the beach and surrounded by a host of nearby attractions + located just 3 miles from the airport. Explore the natural beauty of Ed Austin Park, Timucuan Preserve, and Ft. Caroline National Memorial, or indulge in retail therapy at St. Johns Towne Center. Whether you're in the mood for local coffee shops or a day in Downtown, Riverside, everything's within a convenient 20-minute drive. The Mayo Clinic is also easily accessible, ensuring that you have everything you need for an enriching stay.

Getting Around:
Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles on the driveway, and additional free parking is located within the neighborhood. Explore the local area with ease, as Uber and Lyft services are always accessible, providing flexibility for your travel needs. Whether you want to visit the nearby beaches, shopping centers, or attractions, you're just a short ride away from all that Jacksonville has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
Please be mindful of the sprinkler system, which operates between 5am and 8am, and the pool is serviced every Wednesday. Paver driveway parking should be reserved for maintenance vehicles when necessary. Noise detectors are in place to ensure adherence to quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. A Ring doorbell camera is also on premises for security monitoring. The garage is not available to guests and this listing is non-smoking, and pet free.
