Summary: The hotel has large pleasant modern rooms. We stayed in a suite which faced front. Some might find this too noisy but it was perfectly ok. The windows opened which is a plus and there's a very narrow balcony. Free parking is a big advantage. The breakfast is very average though. There's a bar on the top floor on an open terrace. They say they have a swimming pool but it's tiny.

Summary: This hotel is in a very noisy part of the city, it was worse because of pre-election loudspeakers, but they gave me a room in the back and I slept well. The noise abates at night. And I am very picky about noise. The food was good, the shower was hot, everything worked, and service was attentive. And it is cheaper than some other hotels I have stayed in in Peru where the service and amenities are not as good.
