Sunnywell is a stone cottage located in the village of Lanivet in Cornwall. It provides two bedrooms made up of a king-size with an en-suite and a twin zip/link room, as well as a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire. To the exterior you will find plenty of off road parking and a garden with a lawn area and a patio with furniture. Sunnywell is a fabulous, cosy cottage located ideally for touring this wonderful region. Please note: 7 night bookings only for school holidays.
The Neighborhood:
Lanivet is a delightful little village in the heart of the Cornish countryside. It offers a shop and a pub serving food, as well as a fish and chip restaurant. It comes near to Bodmin, a popular town with a range of amenities. You can also easily reach the popular attractions of Bodmin Moor and the Camel cycle trail for to more energetic, whilst the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, the National Trust's Lanhydrock House and the Eden Project provide a more relaxing pastime. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery.
