“In recent years, this has been by far the best quality accommodation I have experienced. In fact, it’s the absolute best of all I’ve stayed at — and I’ve stayed at quite a few. One thing is the quality and standard of the accommodation itself, which is no longer hard to find in many places — but the real difference lies in the exceptional attitude of the host. Personally, I prefer contactless check-in, which is ideal for flexibility while traveling and arriving. However, from the subsequent communication, it was clear just how helpful and warm Fabrizio is — a person who truly cares about making your holiday a real experience and ensuring everything goes smoothly.
