Super 8 by Wyndham Waterloo | Hotel in Waterloo, Illinois

“Did not receive the room paid for due to it not being ready despite it being hours past check in. Received different room that was not maintained and had visible mold in many areas. Sticky on the floors, filthy fridge, and a 12” hole in the ceiling over the closet exposing pipes and insulation. Had to stay here as it is the only hotel in Waterloo.”

“Beds very hard. Rooms not clean.”

“Tha staff was great. Very helpful. I love my coffee and there was not a coffee maker in the room. The bathtub was not clean. Every thing else was very good.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was tidy, but smelled musty. The breakfast was none existent at 6:30. Place could easily be much better.”

“The room was impeccable I was very satisfied and surprised. ”

“Replace bedding…too thin. No coffee maker in rooms. Hotel in general needs updating. Staff was nice and helpful.”

“Safe place. Good deal for the price. Overall, not unhappy. The beds are very firm. Pros: no bedbugs. Nice safe little place. No smell of cigarettes or marijuana. Very affordable. Water was hot. Easy to park a car (don't think I could have gotten my truck and horse trailer in and out of the parking lot) Cons: Floors in the room needed to be vacuumed. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The washclothes were stained but clean. The little shampoo bottles were half empty. For $80 a night, If probably stay there again. ”

“Met our expectations”

“Maintenance and service greatly declined over the last several years. No protein at breakfast. Not even yogurt. Ceiling leaked and elevator broke. When i brought it to the attention. She said Ok. Sorry. That was it. ”

“The room was nice and tidy. The bed was nice and comfy. The bathroom was quite roomy. Would recommend.”
