Superhouse for all!  |  House in Pickering

The house is in a good location in a nice neighbourhood. There is plenty of room for a family break.My family had a wonderful time visiting from the UK for my son’s wedding.

Place was well kept 9/10 for sure no issues

The house was wonderful big and spacious for our large group. You left right at home as soon as you walked in. The Host was very quick on responding to any concerns and questions. The location was perfect getting to and from. Few things that created a red flag was finding someone's underwear in the couch, the air conditioning was great in the lower levels of the house but the upper levels had little to no air conditioning at all. One recommendation from our experience would be fixing the banisters on the stairs making it a little more sturdier. Overall our experience was a great one in a beautiful home.

I was very disappointed after getting their checking in and communicating with the host, when someone came to the door screaming at my 12 year old niece. When I approached the door with a woman telling me that I broke the house rules and the host has been trying to contact me. Upon checking my phone there were no messages from the host and I even showed the woman. The host stated that I only paid for 1 guest and that I had to pay for extra security. I paid to rent the house and I was only over the maximum guest by a 2 year old baby and some of guest didnt stay all of the days but I had to pay for them. Also the house told me I could park 4 cars and additional on the street and she said the couches pulled out so how she think it was only 1 guest. I didnt see any extra security was provided to me that I supposed paid for. I also bought extra insurance on the house before arriving. I feel like this host will rip you off after you settle in so please use caution when booking. After the host received her extra funds she never contacted me back. I asked her for the parking info for the street and she never got back to me. While the house was nice the service was horrible and I would not choose this house or host.I have had my VRBO account for years and have never received such horrible service.

Our Girl Scout troop stayed here for a trip to Toronto. The drive was not that far into the city, and the house is close to the Zoo. Beautiful House, room for everyone!

The house location was excellent for our needs. It was clean except for one bathroom. Looks like it was missed. We were in town for a family surprise 60th birthday close by and we shared the home with 10 other family members. The kitchen supplies were good. Great size for our large group. Parking was an issue as we were initially told that 4 cars could fit in the driveway. We could only squeeze 3 cars and thank goodness our other members had registered with the city for overnight parking. This is a must The one very inconvenient issue was the air conditioner setting. You have no control over this the host must change it remotely. I suffer from asthma allergies and anxiety attacks and the air was set at 24 which was very very hot in the house. Asked for it to be turned down but it never happened. Some family members were in the basement and it was very stuffy and hot there were no windows. This was disappointing and we were very hot all night. If they could fix this issue I would recommend for large family gatherings

We had a wonderful experience! The house has everything you could possibly need and more! We came for my sons 25th bday for the weekend and it was perfect! This is a great place and the property manager responds quickly!
