Positive: Well equipped kitchen , comfortable lounges and bed ..close to surf club and canteen custard ..had great meals in both a few times and used the 50 cent buses to take us everywhere
Negative: Disappointed that the “Sea view” was only from the side windows and that balcony way too narrow to sit on to enjoy that view
Also vanities in both bathrooms need some attention as doors and laminate falling off ..very shabby also very noisy from Highway but that’s expected as it is on highway ..having to collect and drop keys off 10 minutes away was a bit of inconvenience without a car as we flew in and out
Summary: Overall we had a lovely holiday ..weather was amazing

Love staying here. Apartment is very comfortable and loved the upgrades since last time. Would stay again.
Negative:
One of the other apartments was having work done which was fine but what wasn’t fine was having a sand blaster going at 7.30am. That’s a bit early when your on holiday.

The apartment is spacious, great location on the beach, lovely pool
Negative:
The cleaning and maintenance of the apartment is not great, the floors were filthy, the kitchen cupboards had food splashes all down them. The tv in the bedroom doesn’t work, the extractor fan doesn’t work. The bed in the second bedroom is uncomfortable with broken slats. The whole place needs some TLC, to be worth the price they are charging.
You have to collect the keys from an office 15 mins away, which is a pain! There is no reason they couldn’t use a key lock box at the property!
Summary: Great apartment, let down by poor maintenance and cleaning.

They have put in a new kitchen which is excellent
They have put block out blinds in both bedrooms which are needed as the apartment is on Gold Coast Highway and Noisy day and night.
They have replaced new modern basins in both bathrooms
Negative:
There is no dining table and chairs. There is a high wooden breakfast bar with high backed breakfast chairs which are up to window facing the Highway which we never used so if we didn’t eat out, we had to have it on our knee on lounge. There is no coffee table so Your drink you had to put on floor.
You have to collect keys from Currinbum. So if you don’t hire a car which we did. Usually we get taxi from airport but you would have to get taxi to the office and he would have to wait and then take you on to unit.
It says sea view but you can only see the sea from a narrow Verandah down one side. The unit block is on sea front but this unit is on the back and is on Gold Coast Highway.
There were a few unfinished touches still to do. The towel holders were rusty and needed to be changed
I do feel it was a bit overpriced,
