Summary: For what you pay, I found this to be exceptional. It's close to town and the seafront, its quiet and the beds are very comfortable. I used the kitchen for my food to heat up and eat downstairs and walk around the delightful garden. Super hot shower, clean towels. I'm really not sure what the negative reviews are about. I've travelled a huge amount and this is fantastic for what you pay. Maybe people need to set their expectation on value and outcome.

Summary: This is more of a guest house but we loved it. Feels very homely. It's got a nice style to it that blends traditional and modern.
We definitely valued the chance to cook our own meals as there is access to a kitchen with hob and grill which gives guests the opportunity to make light meals or snacks. This was very welcome after travelling for several days without a hot meal and saves money on eating out.
Only slight negative is there was no shower gel. Luckily I had brought my own.
Hope to be back.

Summary: Everything worked and was clean. The bed was comfortable and car parking was easy and free. Thank you for that! Wasn’t clear that there would be three rooms sharing the one bathroom. Unfortunately there was a smell of drains in the bathroom, the filter on the sink tap was missing (water going everywhere and had impurities). The chairs in the room and on landing had seen better days 😀 but the bed was comfy 😊

Summary: The room was very cold upon arrival. It took more than 1 hour to heat up with a very slow radiator.
The bathroom (shared with others) was smelly from the bathroom drain.
However - this was cheap accomodation - and you get what you pay for.
