This stay was our favorite of all time! The location is incredible: beautiful views, luxury stay, amazing concierge and team! There was easy parking access for our rental. We also loved how close it was to the port and a quick drive to other parts of the island. The breakfast experience was worth it with SO many delicious options, personalized each day for us. Georgia was exceptional in her attentiveness and care, including organizing with my husband a special birthday surprise! 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!

Lovely suite with terrace and a panoramic view of the Caldera. Staff was warm and welcoming and Georgia was like a personal concierge. Everything she arranged was terrific - especially the island tour and catamaran boat ride. Pickups were flawless. Location away from the craziness Oia and Fira was a plus - accessibile but also serene. Two great restaurants, including the Santos winery, within walking distance. Suite itself was spacious and also serene.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and catered to all our needs. The hotel staff made planning excursions extremely easy and went through lengths to ensure that our stay was magnificent. The hotel picked us up from airport and dropped us off at the sea port when we were checking out. Highly recommend booking this place. Oh and the hot tub was clean, fully functional, and the staff gave us a tour of our room the first night. Overall we loved the stay. Cannot begin to thank the staff enough. Hotel wifi was good, easy to access, and we loved every second of our stay in Santorini. Thanks again miss Georgia for being such a great staff member at Symphony Suites.

The hotel staff was 5 star. The room was 5 star. The only drawback is that our suite was on a main road. With the windows closed there wasn't much road noise. If we were to return, I would book a room across the street facing the bay. Those rooms are below the street. There is very little to do around the property. A rental car is a must.

I work at a five-star hotel, and this property is definitely above and beyond. Highly recommended! Ms. Georgia is very friendly and helpful — I sincerely appreciate her hospitality once again.

Hot tub was not hot, but still an amazing experience and stay.

Georgia the receptionist was beyond helpful and friendly, the staff was very nice. The room was clean and amazing, the amenities were great, a lot of walkable things around( even tho they don’t really have sidewalks in Santorini). I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and I would definitely stay here when I return for another vacation.

We loved this place! Very clean, lots of room, the hot tub was nice aa well, Georgia was very nice and able to help with anything you may need or want to do while on the island. The man and woman who clean and deliver breakfast are such a lovely couple! We recommend staying here!
