“This was by far one of my favorite hotel experiences of all my travels to date. The staff was warm, responsive and extremely accommodating. The food was some of the best we have eaten in Japan. The room was incredibly spacious, beautiful, and well-equipped with more amenities than we could use. The three-star designation is a thorough misnomer. This property is a work of art and our experience there is one we will never forget.”
