“Had a wonderful stay at Taj Resort, Alibaug. The property is serene and beautifully maintained, and the staff is extremely warm, courteous, and attentive, making the experience truly comfortable. “Room cleanliness as well as Swimming pool cleanliness is lacking. Sun beds by the pool not enough and a struggle to get. Breakfast service was terrible and seriously ill managed due to a wedding preparation happening simultaneously. No proper alternate arrangements made for the rest of the guests. Breakfast was a complete chaos. Food is average, and Taj across India is serving average food for all meals. Rueben, from the bar Alive24, and Sukanya from the checkin desk were excellent and managed to distract us from the negatives.”
