Positive: Close to airport. The check-in process is contactless – they send you a code that allows you to enter the apartment.
Negative: The building is located near a busy and noisy road. Due to poorly insulated entrance doors, a lot of noise comes through, making it hard to sleep. Another issue, especially during cold weather, is that the doors don’t seal well, allowing cold air to come in. The bathroom was noticeably colder compared to the rest of the apartment. Additionally, there are stairs next to the bathroom that, while locked off with a gate, still let in cold air.
The apartment does have an air conditioner, which isn’t particularly powerful, but it was enough to warm the space slightly. Maybe in the summer this is not the issue.
The only real advantage of this apartment is its proximity to the airport if you’re walking – we took a Bolt. If walking isn’t your plan, a quick ride with Bolt is the easiest option from.

The place looked cute and cozy, room number 5 had a huuuuge terrace.
Negative:
The terrace had 2 cameras, I could not find any information from the hosts on that, that it came as a surprise. The property seems to be located next to a fireworks factory, so a very loud 2h show around 9 pm took place. Last thing - figuring out the coffee machine somehow was a problem :D The toilet seat was broken together with one chair on the terrace.
Summary: Nice and cozy place, a bit warn off, cosmetic fixes would be appropriate.
