The hotel and room were great, clean and well designed, and really friendly great staff too. My only issue was the air conditioning didn’t seem to work at all for our room. The staff tried to help find us another room but after looking at other rooms on the floor we realized the air is just not strong enough or great in any of the rooms. They offered us a fan which helped greatly, just be aware the air conditioning is not really strong or doesn’t work as well as typical North American standards.
We booked the hotel without really knowing the area or the hotel at all and lucked out completely. The room was superb, the staff (both reception and otherwise serving) were all on point even working hard to recommend an excellent restaurant for my wife's birthday dinner. We will be back for sure, thank you.
This was an outstanding hotel, in all aspects. Everything exceeded expectations, especially the sheer beauty of the building, both inside & out. The interior is absolutely amazing in every aspect. The 'roomy' room was so comfortable & an absolute pleasure to return to after a busy day in the city. The location is also perfect for all the must-sees in Berlin. We really couldn't fault this hotel, & the best meal of our holiday turned out to be the one we had in the hotel restaurant. I cannot wait to go back.
