“The staff at this place are wonderful. They seem truly committed to making customers feel welcome and cared for. Thank you! The amenities are exceptional. Lots of freebies, excellent amenities in the rooms. (Full sized refrigerator, stove and oven and all the cooking equipment and dishes needed for a comfortable stay. Great location!”

“I was surprised by the $30 fee to check in 30 minutes early but then the manager kindly waived it and got me in before 3pm. Would have given a 4 star for the hotel meeting expectations but found hairs on my pillow hence the 3.”

“Oh my goodness I enjoy my stay here this place is so clean it has great amenities beds were so comfortable the pills were perfect I will be staying here again it is convenient to get to stores shopping malls and restaurants.”

“The only thing to complain about was the WiFi being super spotty. And there could be a television in the bedroom also lol. But I loved the hotel!”

“Rooms are quite, clean and comfortable (we stayed in the king premium suite). AC works great and bed is comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and having the washer/dryer combo unit in the room was a plus. We extended our stay. Our grandkids loved the game room when they visited. The hotel provides a variety of snacks and drinks which was a very nice unexpected amenity.”

“Beds were great and place was clean with plenty of space. It was great to have the in unit washer and dryer and the location was pretty convenient to stores etc. I would have loved to stay longer but the Wi-Fi was non-existent. From the beginning of the stay our phones couldn’t stay connected to the Wi-Fi and couldn’t stream tv due to latency. Only brushed off once even saying it was fine or that they would look into it for the entire week we were there. Hopefully they improve this because it was a nice and peaceful place to stay.”

“I traveled down to the valley and stayed at Tempe Oasis because I was having surgery and needed to stay down there for a few days. The staff was very, very nice and accommodating. After getting our room I did ask if we could be upgraded to a nicer room which they did no problem. That was very much appreciated. The hotel and the rooms looked a lot nicer online vs when we got there and checked in. The room was not horrible, It was just not what I was expecting. Again, the staff was amazing and went above and beyond. The internet didn't hardly work so we had to connect to our own hotspot. The area was definitely in a more rundown part of Tempe. Pool looked nice and the clubhouse looked nice. There was a lot of amenities in the clubhouse for people too use. The hotel looked more like an older apartment complex than it did a hotel.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property Very well maintained. We were so surprised to open the door and it was like a small apartment. It had everything and we wished we could have stayed longer. Only thing I have to say is the bedroom should have blackout curtains Thanks again”

“The rooms are very clean ! Staff super helpful kind i’m very well informed about the local area. I had to stay here for an extended period of time due to a fire and they’ve been nothing but making me feel white right at home.”
