“Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food choice is excellent and so well prepared. Yes its noisy at dinner and breakfast but whst do you expect when there so msny families. Hot location is true ski in/out. Rooms and generally the hotel is very tired abd could do with a lot of modernising. Wifi signal is awful. We had a family room which is joining rooms. Nice and spacious Cleaners do a thorough job but we found blood stains on the bedsheets and pillows. Beds are hard but thats typical across Italy. ”

“Overall stay was fantastic, New Year’s Eve was spoiled by the restaurant manager! We were told we did not have a reservation for New Year’s Eve and was asked to leave very rudely😡 after being embarrassed in front of the whole restaurant, we decided to leave without having the New Year’s Eve meal. So thank you very much to the manager of the restaurant at the th pila.”
