“Great hotel with great location. I believe the room should have been better cleaned though, but they actually partly fixed it without us telling them to, which is a plus.”

“Good spot. There were renovations while we were there. Good hotel, interesting neighborhood. Would stay there again.”

“Property is nice and some renovations was still going on. The kitchen essentials were not provided and we had to ask for salt and pepper. If you are planning to cook, would recommend a quick grocery run after check in. Pots and pans provided were only 1 each.We were offered a room which was in an area getting renovated and the corridor didn’t look good at all. After talking to the staff, they offered a different room quickly. My point was why would you even offer someone that kind of room where the corridor and other stuff still needs to be work on. ”

“The hotel does not match its online photos and appears to still be undergoing renovation. The exterior courtyard currently contains large dumpsters, and the main entrance / yard area is completely inaccessible. Inside, the property shows visible wear: hallway walls are chipped and scratched, elevator lighting is very dim, and sound insulation between rooms is minimal. In our room, there were exposed screw holes in the walls, and some fixtures (like the doorbell) were damaged. Basic amenities such as a hairdryer were only provided upon request, and there was no in-room phone to contact the front desk. Check-in was slow due to high volume, and while additional staff eventually assisted, the process remained inefficient. If the current condition of the hotel had been accurately represented, expectations would have been different. However, given that it is marketed and priced as a four-star property, the experience feels misleading in its current state. It would be more appropriate to align pricing and branding with the condition until renovations are complete.”
