Positive: We had a wonderful stay at The Barn. The facilities were very good quality and had everything you could ever need. The location is good, within quick easy reach of both Penrith and Ullswater. We especially enjoyed the field of sheep / lambs next to the property and a huge variety of birds in the garden. The place is literally perfection. Comfiest bed we have slept on. Nicely decorated. Super clean and well equipped. Host was super nice.
Negative:
Couldn’t find WiFi password in the house. Piano is out of tune and sticky but it’s nice as a decor.

The Barn was lovely. It was so big from what we saw online and beautifully furnished. The location was secluded and peaceful making it feel like you’re away from reality. We loved the treats on arrival. Everything was just what we needed!
