“I stayed at the Bell and Bottle Hotel for a week and found it to be excellent value for money. It's an Indian restaurant with guest rooms on the second floor (no elevator). The room and bathroom were spacious, and while there was no air conditioning, the fan kept the room comfortable. The Wi-Fi was a bit weak, but everything else met my expectations. The service was friendly and reliable throughout my stay. The hotel is in a quiet rural location, so I relied on Uber for transportation, although it can be expensive in the UK. Keep in mind that when the restaurant is closed, guests need to use the back entrance. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I'd be happy to stay here again.”

“Lovely old pub with welcoming staff who were very helpful
The room was basic but spotless if in need of an upgrade but the bathroom was very modern and again spotless
We enjoyed a fabulous Indian meal in the restaurant with good beer and wine
The outside does look a bit tired and needs updating
We would stay again”
