The Binsted Inn | Bed & Breakfast in Binsted

“Could not fault anything. ”

“.”

“Lovely Hotel, i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyway that is new to the area or travelling through, the rooms are spotlessly clean & tidy and friendly staff”

“Very pleasant stay in a tastefully refurbished room. Good food and drink in friendly surroundings. Lovely pub.”

“Way out in the country and difficult to get to but lovely setting in small village with very modern, comfy rooms.”

“Highly recommended. ”

“Lovely room and breakfast and Elliot was very welcoming and professional. Really nicely done up pub with rooms and a beer garden. Didn’t get to enjoy the bar but looked like they great selection of beers too! Well worth a visit.”

“Having seen the good reviews, perhaps our expectations were too high. However, our whole experience was tinged with slight disappointment. The room was nice but the shower ran cold twice, mid-shower. The cups were so tiny it wasn’t worth trying make a cup of tea. The menu for dinner had some great options but they didn’t have both of the mains we had decided on, and hadn’t thought to mention it beforehand. It’s not like we had booked a late table either. I couldn’t eat the risotto as the rice was crunchy, not just al dente. One waitress, Megan, was lovely and was clearly working very hard, while the others needed constant instruction. Lots of noises in the bedroom coming from below; sounded like a hand dryer or extractor. Ordered full English breakfasts in the morning. The waiter presented the plates, minus bacon, saying we had roasted pork belly instead as they’d run out of bacon. On leaving I asked for a takeaway coffee but apparently they had also run out of takeaway cups. There is clearly a hopeful vision for the place but more effort needed to replenish stock and certainly more effort and rapport required from staff, excluding Megan”

“The property was recently refurbished so clean and comfortable. Megan who looked after us was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.”

“Binsted Inn was exceptional in all respects. Great rooms as well as food/drink. The highlight however was the friendliness and helpfulness of the Binsted team.”
