The Birch Reviews
“This was a beautiful place to stay in PEC. We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved how clean and cozy the cottage was and that we were able to cook for ourselves. The kitchen is well equipped as well. The main complaint we had was the hot tub. When we arrived, one of their staff was setting up the hot tub since I guess we had booked early in the season. We waiting until evening to use it but it was tinted green and had a mossy smell to it. When we got in, everything felt slimy and after a short while, we decided to get out. It was really unfortunate because we specifically chose this cottage for the hot tub. Since we booked in April and still a bit cold, we didn’t really get to use the outdoor amenities. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.”
“My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. We were in the Grapevine Cottage which was a cute little cabin with a nice deck outside. Loved the swinging chairs. Cabin is tiny but everything you need is there. No bathtub, just a shower. TV remote wasn’t working so we couldn’t watch tv. They supply you with tea and coffee (Keurig) but be sure to buy your own milk. It is located close to everything in Wellington and right next to the lake. I would stay again but rent a bigger cottage as this one was very small. Owners/staff responded quickly to any requests.”
“that was a very cute cottage area. They were incredibly clean and maintained.”
