“Overall found this to be overpriced for what it was. Our reservation wasn’t ready, towels were small and scratchy (we kept having to ask for more despite having a reservation for 4). Important things were clean (sheets, bathroom) but dusty lamps, felt like the clean had been rushed. For the cost, I just don’t think this hotel is worth it. Staff are professional and helpful.”

“Great location albeit with expensive car parking charges across the street. A nice hotel in a historic building. Room size was okay, bathroom and shower nice and clean. Overall a decent stay during our trip to Chicago. A special thank you to Sheema at reception who made a real effort for our 6 year old son.”

“Enjoyed our short stay. Room was nice. Very roomy and set up for both work and relaxation. Do wish the bed had a couple more pillows but otherwise very happy with our experience.”
