My husband & I checked into the hotel at 1am after our airbnb flooded. From the minute we arrived, we knew our stay was going to be amazing. Tylo at the front desk could not have done more to make us feel welcome &make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is set up with individual kitchenettes, which made our extended stay so easy. The hotel provides coffee and pastry in the lobby in the morning, which made mornings before work very easy and having access to coffee and tea in the room at night. Allowed us to go to bed, relaxed, and not have to bother the staff. The bathrooms are spacious and fully stocked with amenities and they even have a desk and couch in the room. So you can easily work from home or have a meal. In the room. The restaurant on site is amazing, and the rooftop bar in restaurant is one of a kind in new haven. The valet was super helpful handmade coming and going easy. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and plan to come here next time. I just need a daycation. Don't forget to ask for Tylo!
