Summary: The staff was so accommodating in moving our room to a room adjoining and connecting with my parents room, as we had made separate reservations and it was nice to be able to share a living room when we got there the next day. The rooms were on a top floor so that we had nice views of the ocean from our balconies. The sound of the surf is awesome. The location is right on the dunes leading to the beach and the start of the paved Discovery Trail…the front desk had bikes available for its guests to use for just $5 an hour and we enjoyed traveling down the trail and checking out the statues. Very dog friendly and kite friendly as well! Perfect place for kite-flying! And best bakery down the road at Dylan’s Cottage Bakery…a must.

Summary: The grounds were comfortable and lovely. The path to the water was great. The room was very nice, the sink needed replacement but worked. The bed was comfortable. I has a worn look but I liked the room, the kitchen was well equipped. Staff were friendly. The hot tub inside was not hot. Many of he children on the property were rowdy in the hot tub and pool at one point, that is a parent issue. They should follow the rules. A sign board was fallen over from rot. She staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and encourage others to do so.

Summary: The room was pleasant, though on the small side. The bed was big and comfortable, however the bathroom was tiny, shower only, the modern appliances and decor was much appreciated though!! The biggest problem my family and I had with the place, is that it advertises on its website that there are 2 hot tubs on the property, but when we got there we learned that the indoor hot tub was having heating issues, leaving only the outdoor hot tub which we
discovered was only for adults. That was not mentioned on the website or upon check in, and I wish they would’ve been because my children and I were looking forward to that the most!

Summary: Nice location, ample parking, friendly and helpful staff, nice amenities like loaner bikes/fast WIFI/pool/playground for kids. Areas in need of improvement would be better quality beds, general maintenance of room interiors and external building freshening. The overall experience is ok, but it just appears maintenance of the rooms and property have been delayed. For the “resort” price a greater attention to detail was expected.

Summary: The Breakers was a fantastic place to stay and offered plenty of activities for the whole family. There were volleyball and basketball courts, playgrounds, swimming pools, and lots of space for everyone to enjoy. One feature I especially appreciated was the adults-only hot tub and the adults-only swim hour in the evening. It was a great opportunity to relax and unwind after a busy day.
They also had BBQ grills and fish-cleaning stations, which were perfect for preparing fresh seafood catches. Our one-bedroom unit was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, cookware, and utensils we needed. As expected, we brought our own seasonings, which is pretty standard. The beach was only about a five-minute walk away, and from the upper floors you can even catch a nice view of the ocean in the distance.
The only downside was the pull-out sofa beds. They were extremely uncomfortable, with mattresses so thin that you could feel the support bar underneath, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bed in the bedroom was firmer than I prefer, but it was still much better than the pull-out bed. My friends barely slept because the sofa beds were so uncomfortable. Aside from that, everything else about our stay was excellent, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Summary: Went to have a nice trip to Long Beach WA to some condo rentals we have stayed at before this condo was 3rd floor the room we got the back door to the deck won't lock it was of adjustment I reported to the office before going to town for a couple hours when we returned it was not repaired I went to the office to ask why she she its been reported as your on the 3rd floor not a priority I asked for tools and I was able to fix as my wife was not comfortable in a non locking room believe it or not 3rd units get broke into al the time
