This hotel was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was delicious with a huge range of cooked items, continental and fruit. Very impressed

This was our third stay at The Bristol. Everything was first class! The reception guys were really nice and super helpful and accommodating (we arrived a little early for check-in and they sorted everything brilliantly). The room was absolurely spotelss so huge thanks to the Housekeeping team! We had a couple of drinks in the bar before heading out and the service was excellent, then added breakfast to our room in the morning which was really good - also huge thanks to the F&B team. I worked with the hospitality industry for a good few years which can make me a bit critical sometimes. The Bristol has always been absolutely first rate for the segment and we will no doubt be back next time we're in Bristol. Thanks!

Good hotel but tricky to locate

Great overnight stay- super location in the centre of town- easy parking next to hotel - great room - lovely breakfast- highly recommended

Only a quick one night stay on the way to another holiday. I travel a lot. Check in was ok, had better had worse, lifts very small, steps into the bar so wouldn't be suitable for a wheelchair user. Toilet flushed itself a few times within the hour of use, coffee machine didn't work in the morning and the barman automatically assumed i only wanted house wine, although lovely to be reminded of when I was young and thats all I can afford! The hotel was in a great location and the windows were double so very quiet.

This was a good choice of hotel, so central, with views over the river and easy from the station, convenient for buses, shops and attractions. All the staff were very pleasant but a BIG shout out to the reception team - they were amazing, outstanding they couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. If we return to Bristol that requires a overnight stay we would definitely stay in the Bristol.

My partner and I really enjoy staying here, it's always our go to. The staff are helpful and polite and the breakfast is consistently good. Our only complaint is the lack of air con. During our last stay it was about 27c outside and we're only provided with a sub par fan. We have air con units in our home so we didn't sleep well during our stay as it was far too hot. Unfortunately this will probably stop us from staying here in the summer in future.

Great staff and superb location.

Nice hotel just badly timed for us, was 28 degrees and no A/C. Lift was out of order all weekend but otherwise a lovely place.
