Location was excellent and the owner addressed issues immediately.
Negative:
Mattress in the bedroom was very soft and could do with replacing plus the sofa in the living room was hard but probably to be expected as it was a sofa bed

Staff were really helpful they even got all the sofa beds out and made up for us, also very quick to respond to messages and phoned us to clarify a couple of things.
Very comfortable, clean and tidy. Dishwasher, oven and hob some pots and plates were all provided and in good condition.
Towels and all bedding was provided and were all very clean.
We really enjoyed our stay this is in a brilliant location.
Negative:
The Wi-Fi didnt work but we didnt need it.
We didnt look very hard as we had our own but we didnt notice any cutlery.
There is some on road parking directly outside but probably only 4/5 spaces that are free the rest appear to be resident only 8am-6pm

Very standard. Comfortable if you are looking for a cheap accommodation. But no great expectations. You get what you pay for.
Negative:
Not very comfy beds. Quite cold. No microwave. Internet was terrible and not worth using. Staff replies pretty blunt. No bedding provided for the sofa beds. Not my best stay.
