“Good hotel in a good location in historic downtown Beverly close to good restaurants and coffee houses. The rooms are small so it’s probably best for a few nights but not long term. One design flaw is that the bathrooms have swinging frosted glass doors which don’t provide enough privacy and cause the room to be flooded with light if anyone has to use the bathroom at night. Also, the rain shower was uncomfortable. All in all a well managed, pleasant place to stay.”

“Charming, quaint, perfect location, however we didn't mind at all but rooms are small. Will definitely go back.”

“Ideally located one block from The Cabot performance venue, it is on a street corner near shops and restaurants. There is a local beach about 5-10 minutes away. Rooms are small but clean; ours had a loft bed which requires climbing up an attached ladder and a low ceiling. There is a parking lot which requires payment except for Sunday.”
