“Staff was very helpful. Able to get an early check-in. Very clean and large rooms. Bar and restaurant was closed because they do not have any business in there. Front office staff said the previous restaurants/bar dropped out so they’re looking for a restaurant/bar management company to come in. Good location right downtown. if your room is by the streets, be ready to hear a lot of yelling and loud noises when the bars close. Very easy to hear everything outside and we were on the third floor.”

“Nice property, staff, and location. The only problem is the after hours (later than 6 PM) arrival process is flawed. Since the hotel is not staffed beyond that time, you must receive a lockbox code to retrieve you room key. Prior to receiving the code you must initial (in seven places) a check-in form which the property emails to you. The problem is that this form would not function on my mobile device (Samsung Galaxy Android phone). Needless hassle, to simply state that you acknowledge the property is non-smoking, valuables left in your room are not covered, checkout time is 11:00, and so on.”

“I have to give this hotel a great review, it literally was amazing for me. I came on a solo trip for a wedding, there were two issues I had- one was that I came on Saturday and since the hotel is centrally located when the bars got out, it was pretty loud but that’s nothing on the hotel itself. The bed as amazing, the shower was INCREDIBLE and massive and the second issue was on Sunday morning I woke up to some doors closing pretty loud which was people going and housekeeping which was kind annoying, however Monday morning I did not hear any of this. The hotel itself definitely made up for all of this. The bedding was so soft, the location is amazing and there’s so many Ubers around. I would 100% stay again, everyone I spoke to was so nice and everyone was very clean! I will 100% stay here again.”

“This is a very conveniently located hotel. Self Check in was easy. Our bathroom toilet had a problem and we reported it-it was quickly fixed. The one interaction I had with staff was very good. She was very helpful. There is a lot of street noise in the evenings and breakfast vouchers are only for one day even tho we stayed 3 nights.”
