The Crooked Swan | Hotel in Crewkerne

We had a very relaxing stay Bed was comfy, breakfast was excellent as were the evening meals Great location, very happy!

Amazing bathroom. Fabulous breakfast. Nice period decor. Will return. Small tweaks to suggest - the poor live plant in my room was in bad need of water and pot bound. Add mattress cover?

Lovely staff and great breakfast!! The room was enormous and it had everything we needed.

Busy pub and there was only one member of staff working so we waited with our bags at the bar until a big order of drinks had been dealt with. The room was very comfortable, a couple of hairs in the sink. Decorated nicely with antiques. No sugar or milk in the room but we asked for some at the bar downstairs. A hair dryer would have been handy. The evening menu was limited so we dined elsewhere. The cooked breakfast was really good. We would have slept better had it not been for an energetic menage a trois above us. Not the hotel's fault.

The Crooked Swan is a nice place to stay in. We had a positive experience in general, except for one of the days, when the room was not done on our return late in the afternoon, and the reason they gave us was that they skipped it and later told me that they had a busy lunch. In any case the restaurant was very good and I highly recommend it. One other thing that bothered us is the amount of traffic outside the hotel, with heavy lorries and trucks going through town which made it really noisy to the point where you cannot open the windows. The staff was nice and breakfast was very good.

Room was fabulous, huge bed, gorgeous bathroom, styled really differently. Food delicious & different with some delicious twists on classics. Staff lovely & attentive & helpful with where to park. Courtyard perfect for a sunny afternoon/evening

Wonderful place to stay in central Crewkerne. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was exactly as pictured. The room was so unique! Our room faced the street and was a bit noisy at night but we had our window open. Highly recommend!
