This property advertises 24 hour check in but that is not the case. We arrived at 8:30 am after being on planes for 15 hours to discover our rooms weren’t ready yet and we had to wait until 2pm to check in. The cleaning staff was extremely helpful and allowed us to put our things in our rooms before checkin, and we stopped into a little bakery to have something to eat while we waited, but overall this was not pleasant and a bad experience with the place. However I do want to highlight this location had excellent cleaning staff, and was extremely conveniently located by Oktoberfest. I would probably stay again for those qualities alone.
The room of 3 was pretty good, new and clean. Me and my friends are happy with our stay and the services based on the price. The small issue was the experience finding the hotel, as it’s located within residential areas. Overall, glad with our choice and recommend to others.
There is absolute zero contact with the staff. If you want anything you can forget about response to the email. No phone number, no contact.
