“We were very impressed with the room and the welcome in the bar on our arrival on Saturday. Unfortunately we were not impressed with breakfast. The cook/waiter was clearly not happy in his job. Not much hospitality on offer. The fruit with yoghourt was poor. Presentation poor. On returning to our room on Sunday evening around 9pm the pub was closed. We went down for breakfast on Monday just after 8am. No life at the Inn all locked up. So we left our key on the table in the B &B lobby and headed home to Devon with breakfast at Fleet services”

“David the owner and his team made this stay super comfortable , a beautiful English village pub, great selection of drinks and a fantastic breakfast. The room was very comfortable and warm, will definitely return soonest. ”

“Lovely B&B and pub. We stayed on a visit to Bolney Wine Estate. Staff helpfully pointed us in the right direction. Belle the dog was a delightful addition and fab welcoming committee. Thanks for a fab stay!”
