Receptionists were friendly and helpful- upgraded room was a bonus and nice view. Bed was far too soft for me and you do get some noise from the street and bars around. The windows are single pane so...
I only stayed 1 night and the hotel was lovely. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely too. Dinner in the restaurant was ok at best. Breakfast was better.
Close to the ferry terminal breakfast is excellent on the down side there is no car park and the car parks are expensive
