Great pub with fantastically appointed rooms and excellent breakfast. For the price I could not fault it for a stay near the Cheshire show grounds where we were attending an event.
The food was excellent- dinner and breakfast, and the staff were attentive, pleasant and helpful.
Great pub, lovely staff, lovely food, amazing clean and comfy room with 4 poster bed. Only slight criticism is food portion size, the full English equivalent was one slice of bacon, one small sausage, one hash brown etc…and dinner was much the same - which was a shame as it tasted so lovely.
