“Interesting that they hired blind contractors and college students decorating their dorms to decorate the place. Shower head decided to shower the whole bathroom and rest of room due to the bathroom door not closing. All in all it had a roof and a pillow or 2 so they got that right.”

“No one at front desk when I left at 0330 am . So left key & headed to airport. No hangars in room or iron but staff brought me an iron but only 1 hangar.”

“It was perfectly fine for an overnight near our concert venue.”

“Convenient location for the purposes of my trip; attractive room rate, good parking, comfy bed and helpful, friendly staff. Will stay here again in future visits.”

“It was a clean room except the bathtub mat in the tub was slippery and would be safer to replace. Another suggestion would be to install blackout drapes. When the room faces the courtyard, the lights are so bright I thought it was the morning and only 3:00 a.m. The staff was very helpful and attended to my request. AC excellent”

“The front desk personnel we're excellent. We knew for the price, it wasn't going to be a great place but our power had gone out and we needed a place to stay. They Have a beautiful bathroom mirror with different light settings and everything but they're there wasn't one towel rack or hook in the bathroom to put a robe or shirt. I would think that's just a basic. One little trash basket in the bathroom but none throughout the whole room, Again you would think that's just a basic. The TV was huge but the screen was dirty, dusty; like liquid had gone down the front and dried.The back headboard had about an inch of dust on it We had to sleep with our feet by the headboard even after we wiped it, it was disgusting ...So yes ,we knew for the price ,it wasn't going to be great but we certainly thought it was going to be clean. We paid for two nights but just stayed for one... That's how bad it was. The front desk was very polite and inviting,the rest of the place not so much!!”

“I arrived after a huge storm passed through the area- trees down, power out all over. Gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and apologetic. Since I needed to head out and couldn’t wait for the power to be restored, we used the information on my Expedia app to confirm my reservation, and I was given a room key. Room was clean with a cold mini-fridge and microwave, if needed. I could not find a hook or bar of any sort to hang a dress I’d brought along. Shower curtain rod worked as an alternative. Upon return around midnight from the concert I’d attended, I was happy to see that the power had come back on despite that there were still trees and branches down everywhere. I rechecked at the front desk to see if I needed to give any more information now that their computers were running. Everything seemed in order, and I was offered a bottle of water. Shower worked well, bed was comfortable- curtains on windows are not “room darkening,” so it was fairly bright in the room when I woke up (not that big a deal). I had plugged my phone into a charging port near the bed, but I realized that it didn’t charge about an hour before checkout. Tried another port- that one worked fine. Returned my key card to the front desk when I left. Staff was friendly and wished me a safe trip home. I would stay here again.”
