“Very helpful staff and good location. Whilst the room was one of those without a window, for a quick overnight stop this was fine. Checked in quite late as well and the staff were good communicating what to do.”

“Had a room in basement and could not sleep, bed and pillows did not suit me. Automated lights not good idea as go off whilst in shower and way too bright,got up in middle of the night and felt how a rabbit feels at night when it see the headlights.
But hotel is great, staff excellent was my 2nd stay there and would use again but not have a room in the basement.”

“Excellent stay. Beautiful location. Miles on reception was very friendly, great at his job and went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after.... I'd definitely recommend...I'll certainly return another time.

“Absolutely lovely hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and had air conditioning which was an absolute godsend. Beds were the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and I wish I’d asked for the mattress make! Breakfast was delicious. We’ll definitely be staying again as it’s in the perfect location for getting the train into central London ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“An excellent small hotel in a very pleasant neighbourhood. Helpful staff, very clean well equipped room, smart and attractive bathroom, very good breakfast, free parking on the adjacent road as well as a small three car parking facility on-site, very good value for money. Will visit again in the future”

“Whilst the room was spotlessly clean, unfortunately it was in the basement below the bar/dining area which could be heard very clearly in the room. Noise did stop at 11.00pm but then restarted when breakfast started the following morning. The duvet was also slightly damp. Otherwise it was all okay and the staff were excellent.”
