I rarely write reviews, but this place was amazing. In the last three months we’ve stayed in resorts in Turks and the Bahamas, but this was actually the best. It does have a resort mixed with hotel feel, but I would rate this place one of the best we’ve ever stayed at (completely honest). The rooms are very clean, and the staff is the best I’ve ever experienced. The valet guy even called me by name every time I saw him (not sure how he remembered that, haha). Beach is about a three minute walk, they have awesome pools (1 adult and 2 family with lazy rivers), good restaurants (highly recommend Horizons) and drivable access to others off site. They have complimentary bikes to ride on the side walks along the beach, complimentary Starbucks machines, complimentary tea stations, a big game pavilion and even their hotel shop is cool (bought two hats, a shirt and flip flops :-) ). Overall, like I said, the best. Skip other hotels or ABB’s and stay here. Oh, and I am NOT being compensated for this. Just a super honest review from a first time guest. We’ll stay here next year for sure.
This property was beautiful! Staff was very kind and helpful. Food from the gastropub and from the grill were amazing. The real game changer for me was the adults only pool. No kids splashing around or fussing. My only complaint was there was no microwave or blow dryer in the room. We plan to come stay many more times.
Beautiful resort and this was our second stay. The property is gorgeous, and the valet staff was fast and friendly. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t as strong this time. Pool and beach drink service was inconsistent, housekeeping required multiple calls for basic supplies (more towels, toilet paper, shower gel, etc.), and there was confusion among staff about how to use a resort gift card. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay, but for the price, we’d expect more consistent service.
