Positive: Roomy, clean, comfortable & peaceful accommodation. On-site parking. Location within easy walking distance of Town Centre. Wifi. Home-made scones, prosecco, coffee machine & pods.
Negative: Nothing really. Having the bedroom upstairs with different levels of steps & with the bathroom downstairs was not easy for us to negotiate but wouldn't be a problem for the more able.

Positive: Everything! Perfect location for visiting family in North Devon. Near local shops but you feel a world away in a secluded spot. Even better was the host Tj, brilliant communication and accommodating to all our needs. Would highly recommend for a stay in the area. Oh and Prosecco left for us when we arrived, so thoughtful

interesting cottage with a lot of history, the garden would be lovely in summer but a bit damp in November !
Negative:
Stairs up to bedroom were a bit steep and the bathroom is downstairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility problems

TJ and Adam gave a warm welcome on arrival offering to carry our bags and show us into the cottage. Tj had made a beautiful welcome pack with cream tea and gluten dairy free biscuits for myself with prosecco ! We loved the extra touches of towels n toiletries. The sky n Netflix was a treat as we don't have this at home. Very quiet location can walk on Torrington commons nearby. Would visit again and recommend.

Ideally we needed an enclosed garden for the dogs and a two bedroom cottage
