“What amenities for starters.. the room is like a coffin, I asked for a mini fridge for my medications, asked for additional blankets and towel, never received them. The restaurant is hardly ever open. I like that you are a good walking distance from about anything you need. The decor is ok but making something too modern takes away from the basics that people need in hotels. Oh and there is a night club on the side of the hotel- the noise level is out of control. Street noise is horrible- there is no sound blocking. Overall, for what I paid- I could’ve stayed elsewhere and had a better experience and more amenities”

“Great stay overall. the location was close to everything. Our room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. The front desk and valet parking attendants were all very helpful. Only downside was the slow service of restaurant during breakfast. Other than that, we will be back for sure.”

“Drew at the frontdesk was super friendly and the valet person (sorry I forgot his name!) but he was very nice and helpful. I loved the style of the room and all the little inclusions: public transportation day card, bikes, welcome drink! All amazing The only downside was the location as at night is a little sketchy ”

“The facility itself was great and well-maintained. There's a minimalistic, modern look in the hotel room. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the bartender. The location was very convenient for getting around the downtown area. The valet was a little slow when we arrived - parking spots were blocked, there was no attendant, and it was a wait to drop my keys off. The surrounding area in a 1-block radius is not the best for walking around at night with homeless people on the sidewalks and abandoned, boarded up buildings, but the hotel can only do so much about surrounding development. ”
