I just recently came back from a stay at this Hotel with my family. Before arriving to the Hotel we were under the assumption that we would be staying in a suite that was booked online. When we arrived the staff was confused on our booking dates as well as the room that we booked. We were able to have the dates resolved after I showed them our reservation. The room that we were given was not what was selected in our booking. Thinking that this may have been a mistake on their end, I spoke to the staff at the front desk to resolve this issue. It was then suggested that the manager would step in to resolve this matter. The manager stated there was nothing they could do as the photos online were different than what they offer. I personally do not believe that as every photo, including the decor, matched what was seen in person. Unfortunately we ended up paying for a suite and staying in a standard room. No accommodations were offer, it was dismissed as if it wasn't an issue. To add to the frustration with the booking. I had two small children and just a shower. This was mentioned to the manager as the listing also stated a shower/ tub combination. There were also no towels placed in this room. Other than the chaos with the room the breakfast was great in the morning. The restaurant food was good, the waiter seemed to be new and unsure of the menu.
