“No local tv for weather or news which I found interesting since a source change with wall mount antenna would be an easy fix. Otherwise the location was perfect.”

“We travel to Duluth often and unfortunately will not be visiting this property again. Location is a plus, within walking distance to many attractions. Our room was very disappointing. First, it smelled, smoke and must. It was not clean: dust on the end tables, hair on tables and in the shower, slimy brown gobs on the shower curtain, and a random Bobby pin on the carpet. We also booked a room for 3 people: one adult and two kids. The room was a queen and a sofa bed. There were no sheets for the sofa bed. We tried messaging the property two different ways with no response. My son ended up sleeping with a provided blanket and pillow, on a leather couch. We won’t return or recommend.”

“Whomever is the cleaner with this place needs to fired - dust everywhere, under the bed there was a few layers of dust , garbage , hair - big picture of a D&ck on a table with dust - old McDonalds food in a cupboard! I have pics of all of this if anyone needs - I did address this with management, but nothing further was discussed. Will never recommend nor stay there again !”

“The room itself was very nice and clean. The location is quite ideal for a stay centered in downtown Duluth and nearby canal park. The elevator didn’t really work, so it was a one floor walk up. The second night there was one couple that had a difficult time getting into their room and they were very audible through our door. Later, an employee tried to access our room after we had gone to sleep and woke me up with the attempt. (I believe this was an honest mistake, but still disconcerting.) Even later in the evening still-and waking us up again-a couple had a very loud argument in their room that we were able to hear rather clearly. Most of this is outside of the hotel’s control, but it is still hard to give a higher rating given the experience.”

“If 3 people stay in a room with one double bed and a sofa bed, keep in mind that the hotel does not provide sheets for the sofa bed. Only a blanket and one small pillow, which we eventually gfound in a closet. We expected more.”

“No complaints. Very easy and being able to check yourself in is convenient. Also the room was much nicer than a standard hotel room and it was at a better price”
