Clean rooms and very nice pool.

This was a great motel close to all our favorite places in St. Augustine. We could walk to Old Coast Ales and Osprey Tacos. Don't miss these two places! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious enough for our family of 4. The pool area was fun for a quick evening swim with our family. The pool could use a little clean up but still a nice area. The lobby had a nice little area to sit and restroom. The coffee machine in the lobby made lattes and cappuccinos as well as a regular cup of coffee. Nice to have the options. There is not an ice machine for coolers but there is ice and water for reusable cups in the lobby.

You check in through bots. Slippery slimy floor in the room. Don't expect to watch live sports on the TV. Besides that it was fine. Great location.

The hotel itself was a little run down, but the location was great. I’m not that fussy, it was alright. I wish there was a small bistro table in the room so you could eat. There was only one chair.

The location is well maintained and rooms are sound proof. It does have a odd check-in process which slowed us down as we never received a email/text msg stating how to go about checking in or even how to check out. No one works the desk and everything is done contactless. So without receiving a email or text youre kinda left hanging not knowing what to do.

AC was great, location was perfect, pool was peaceful, bed was SUPER comfy! Really appreciated the coffee machine in the lobby and the small size of the motel. Property could use a fresh coat of paint, but it still super cute!

Parking was very easy. Room key instructions did not work. Was resolved with a phone call, but I gotta wonder just how much money they save not having a front desk on site. AC was great! Floor was kinda sticky...maybe not mopped with clean water?? I don't know.

For what we paid, we expected more. When we arrived, we still hadn’t received the check‑in text. With no one on site, we had to call, and it took about 20 minutes before we could get in. Once inside, the space was clean, but the water pressure was extremely poor and the TV didn’t work. Any time the AC ran, the floor became very slippery throughout the room, which felt unsafe. We chose this location because of its proximity to the amphitheater, but overall the experience didn’t match the price. The next time we visit STA, we’ll look for something more suitable.

Only stayed for one night, so don’t have a lot of input. Room is clean. There was some difficulties with the key and I didn’t have access to the main lobby but staff to do their best to clear that up quickly.
