“Despite being a "smoke free" room, my room smelled like residual cigarettes.
There were no tissues in my room.
The lights and electricity didn't work on one wall, which was very inconvenient as I couldn't charge my phone near the bed or have the lamp on.
The TV was so slow I couldn't even watch anything.
Throughout the night, I heard loud noises from the fridge. The walls were super thin that I could hear a couple on the same floor doing "stuff" early morning.
The location isn't great, I would recommend just getting a nicer hotel near downtown.
The elevators are also super slow and unreliable (the buttoms sometimes didn't work and picked up people from a floor above me!) and my key card didn't work right away (but the staff was very helpful with this).
As well, I got rudely questioned by the staff at the lounge next door when I was using their washroom to change before check in.
The only positive is that the staff let me check in early.”

“My wife and I had a good stay here for the most part. The bed was very comfy and we got a good night's sleep. However one big issue was the deadbolt - it wasn't aligned correctly, so it didn't latch.
One thing of note - smart TVs are nice and all, but it would have been nice to at least have some basic cable.”

“My room was clean. The sheets were bloodless (this seems random but it happened once to me [at a different location] and I never forget to check the sheets now). Toilet was clean. 2 packs of coffee for the morning. Was short 1 sugar for 2 triple triples but there were calorie free alternative sweetners (but they offer up the good raw sugar). All in all, I would stay at this hotel regularly for my Edmonton trips.”

“Room was clean, bed was comfortable, lots of space. Had issues with our room keys so we had to get staff to swipe their card to allow for the elevator to go to our floor. Just a minor inconvenience for the added security measure.
Would have liked to have information about the restaurant provided in the room (menu, hours, etc). Friendly staff. Great for the price.”
