Overall a good stay. Our room didn’t have air con, so very warm, and the toilet seat needed replacing. Not sure if there is a limit regarding the amount of people who use the spa, but it was very busy the day we visited.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Outside area at spa good but we had good weather to really use it. Had a massage which was very relaxing. Overall the stay was excellent .
The receptionist was so lovely and helpful, I enjoyed chatting to the new bar staff he was also lovely and the coffee was really good. I never sleep in hotels but I slept really well, it wasn’t noisy and the bed and pillows were very comfy.
