Positive: Beautiful property in lovely forest surroundings. Period decor, very stylish. Staff friendly and helpful.
Negative: There was loud early 90s disco music playing in the restaurant. I had assumed that the music would be on low and would be classy. There were flashing led lights in the restaurant which affected me ( I have migraine) The bath plug was missing. The phones in room didn’t work and the room service link was not working.
Summary: Beautiful hotel, shame about the loud awful music in the restaurant

Positive:
Good location for concert at Wembley. Easily go to the station from here. Room was fine. Bit dated but it is a dared building so no concerns.
Negative:
Wedding was on at the same time using the bar etc. was a bit rowdy and we felt like we had to gatecrash a wedding to use the bar… not ideal for the wedding or customers using the hotel. No food or drink as the all inclusive bar for the wedding took priority. Waiting on staff not the most approachable either so we just felt like we were a hindrance when in reality we should be allowed to have a drink and not to be told to move by the bride in a communal drinking space for all guests.
Summary: Ok. Would return if no wedding on and waiting on staff were a bit more friendly
