Summary: The hotel contacted me via email on the day of check-in to inform me that my original room was unavailable due to a broken air conditioner. They offered a complimentary upgrade to another room, which I accepted. However, had I known that the room I was assigned was actually a downgrade from the one I originally booked, I would not have accepted their offer.
Unfortunately, I only realized the room was a downgrade the day after check-in, making it too late to request a refund.
Anyhow, the room was spacious and in good condition overall.

Summary: Enjoyed our overnight stay. Very quiet and easily walkable from Hakata station. Check in was easy and convenient. Will stay here again.
