The Mila Brussels Reviews
Reviewer Type: Couple
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Oh dear. I was looking forward to staying here but…the good things: the location, the cleanliness, the bed, the bathroom (…At a pinch)
Negative: The reception crew need to up their game. Bland empathy doesn’t help when the tiny bedrooms are furnace like hot, there’s no way to lower the heat - their words - and the window doesn’t open much and leads to the fire escape. The forlorn quality of a breakfast room which no longer serves breakfast. The feeling that the hotel was an experiment that didn’t quite work.
Summary: Great location, but serious issues with heating/aircon and cramped spaces.

Positive:
Permanent buffet of fruit, hot and cold beverages and snacks
Negative:
Weak points: the toilet has little privacy because of a wide window on the street. Although there is a tent, sooner or later the windows should be opened. The weak breakfast is managed by a near bar, though bad.
Summary: Good position but little privacy in the toilet and weak breakfast

Friendly staff, amazing location. Room was a brilliant size with a double bed in a single room.

Everything felt like it needed a lick of paint, and there was still toothpaste in the sink from the previous guest.
