“Exterior very unappealing. We questioned our choice. Manager/ owner not on premises so we called to check in. Unfortunately after giving us door code, battery was dead so he met us at inn and gave us another room. The room was very small but clean (bare bows) so worked for a brief overnight stay. Tv remote didn’t work well and could have used an extra blanket and pillow. Owner was pleasant.”

“The room was passable to sleep in for the night. The bed was fairly comfortable. The bathtub had been repainted, at one time, and most of the paint had peeled off. Therefore it was not used. There was not even one chair to sit on. It had a new air conditioner in the room, so it was cool. The photo shown, of the room with tables, is deceiving because it is not open anymore. To check in you call the office number, they give you a door code. To check out you just leave.”

“The first thing my daughter said as As we walked in the room was don't put anything on the bed there's hair everywhere. Type of blanket used and the bed instead of a comforter had so much hair on it it was disgusting. There was also hair when we pulled back the blankets on the sheets as well. There was also hair all over the bathroom floor tub and sink. Luckily, we only had to stay in the room a few hours, but I would recommend that they hire a better cleaning staff and get rid of those type of blankets on the beds because you'll never get the hair out of them. The air conditioning heating unit was also very confusing as to how it was operated. We had also reserved the room for four people and there were two towels in the bathroom. The house that was directly next to the property also had two dogs that barked Incessantly through the night and the morning anytime a car or somebody walked by! We had arrived late in the evening, so it wasn't worth even trying to contact the staff regarding the issues and we left early in the morning. We were visiting our family in the area, and we are from out of state. Unfortunately, the next time we will not be staying at this facility.”

“This is an older property that is very well maintained. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The bed and air-conditioning are fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The room definitely could have been cleaner. Hotel definitely needs to be updated. The cost was affordable. Room had a musty smell.”

“The room was ok? I am surprised it had an 8.2 rating. There was no real front desk. Everything was on the phone and I had to prompt them for everything. I reserved for 4 people they only had towels for 2 and I couldn't get a hold of anyone after that. They recommended a truck stop resturaunt for breakfast at 8 am. Turns out is is run the the same people. The person opening the resturaunt answered the hotel phone number. It was supposed to open at 8. They got there about 10 min. after 8. Noone was prepared. A guy came in amd ordered gravy amd biscuits and she said it would be 30 min at least because she makes it fresh. No coffee was ready. No one came in early to prep for the day. Everything to me was poorly ran. They were nice on the phone but they needed to be better with preparing things ahead of time. I would not say this was a 8.2 at all. It was cheap and it felt cheap.”

“The staff was wonderful. Very easy to communicate with. The room was cozy and clean. When we needed more towels, we asked and received same day.”
