The basement apartment offers a private and secure entrance and spans approximately 1000 square feet, offering ample room for your comfort. The inviting bedroom features a queen-size bed with storage, a generously sized closet, and dedicated office space. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, ensuring a refreshing experience.

In the well-appointed kitchen, you'll find an electric stove, a full-sized refrigerator, a sink, and a kitchen island with ample storage beneath. It comes fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans for your culinary needs. In addition, a a self-served continental breakfast is provided during your entire stay (coffee, juice, breakfast bars, cereal packets).

Beyond the bedroom and kitchen, the remaining living space has been thoughtfully designed to cater to various needs ensuring that every aspect of your stay is comfortable and accommodating. It includes a dedicated sports fan and theatre area complete with comfortable reclining chairs, a television, and an array of Washington Commanders memorabilia.
