The Perfect Mountain Getaway  |  House in Lyons

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property location is close to town, yet away from the crowds. Very quiet, comfortable, homey and peaceful. Also very well stocked. Located in a very pretty spot. Definitely hope to back for a longer stay soon.

We planned a last minute vacay over the Labor Day weekend with our Aussie and some out of state friends that had never been to the Estes Park area and we were so fortunate to come across the appropriately named, “The Perfect Mountain Getaway”. The location was right between Lyons and EP on Highway 36 so getting out visiting breweries, exploring RMNP and enjoying the EP area was perfect. We normally stay closer to the hustle and bustle of EP but loved the seclusion and mountain experience with this location. The cabin was perfect for two couples and up to date and spotless as depicted by the pics. We typically chose to eat out but the kitchen was well stocked if needed. Communication with the owner was prompt and always helpful. Thank you Rachel for sharing your beautiful cabin and space with us and we look forward to staying there again soon. Cheers!!

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Quietly nestled in the woods and perfectly appointed. Great kitchen and we really enjoyed the pool table.

This house was the perfect summer vacation getaway! Close to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park but away from the crowds. The house was very well stocked with everything you would need. We enjoyed sitting on the covered deck and listening to the wildlife and the occasional thunderstorm. We would definitely stay again.

This cabin is a dream and we have stayed every year for 5 years now. The hummingbird action is awesome not to mention the peace and tranquility. We enjoy the pool table and playing cards out on the covered deck. Everything you need to right at hand and spotless. Our beagle always enjoys coming too. Highly recommend!

A true gem in the Rocky Mountains near Estes Park!! Do not miss renting this cabin for your next adventure near RMNP. Truly tucked away in the mountains with abundance of viewing opportunities for wildlife as they graze near the stream running through the property.

The home was in a beautiful location just outside of Estes Park. The drive in was easy and took about 10-15 min. The home was well stocked with kitchen supplies. There were seasonings and some condiments. All and all we were very pleased with the house. We stayed 2weeks and had great experiences while there!

The home is so nice and well equipped with everything anyone could need, especially in the kitchen. It is so unique to be able to spend time on so much property in the beautiful mountains with little noise, no neighbors, and very tranquil. Then only ten minutes to Estes Park and Colorado Rocky Mountain National Park areas where there is so much to do and see. So beautiful. This was our second time to stay in the home. Owner/ Host very nice and helpful. Highly recommend...

Beautiful cabin that is very well situated in the trees and boulders. The cabin is upscale, very clean. Anything needed was available to prepare family dinners. We loved the hummingbirds and filled the feeders many times. WiFi and cable were available. Many board games were enjoyed.

Enjoyed staying at this cabin. It was very well stocked and very comfortable! Would definitely recommend it. Close to Estes Park but very private. I would definitely stay here again.
