“The name of the property is Pool Resort Okinawa and I was very disappointed that the pool was closed. I feel like the name is false advertisement and there are not any other amenities on the property that make it worth the price without the pool. Very disappointed. ”

“They don't tell you on the website that your not allowed to use the pool if you have Tattoos. Unless you wear your shirt in the pool or cover yourself with bandage's. That defeated the purpose of us staying at the pool resort entirely. Won't be returning and they are more then fine with that if you are outsider. ”

“The staff was super friendly. But that was our only highlight. The pictures online are misleading don’t show the real condition of the property, which was pretty rough. The pool and hot tub were open but unusable because the water was too cold (in April). We paid for two weeks, but ended up forfeiting our second week and paid to stay somewhere else.”
