The Queensberry Hotel  |  Hotel in Upper Town

Beautiful hotel with incredibly kind and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and well maintained - we stayed in room 14. 5-10 minute walk into town and approx. 15 minute walk to the station. Would highly recommend trying this boutique hotel and we are looking forward to returning.

Fabulous welcoming staff at the welcome and throughout our stay. Couldn't have been better. Beautiful room great size, well laid out. Everything spotlessly clean. Large bathroom, nice robes, and soft towels. We didn't try the bar, but there was a lovely outside area and it looked wonderful. Easy walking distance to centre of Bath - past the soon to reopen assembly rooms :) On the downside the breakfast was professional - but joyless. And we did miss air conditioning in the rooms (but they did provide a fan).

The staff could not be more helpful and attentive. It was exceptional service. Our room was beautiful and any request we made was handled. The hotel is walking distance to the main sites. You can find street parking but they also offer a valet service which we utilized. The Olive Tree restaurant on site is fantastic and the patio and bar area of the bar and beautiful. I will be back to Bath and I absolutely will be staying here.

This is a beautiful hotel with many wonderful small details. There was a claw foot bathtub and a bottle of champagne in my room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was superb, beautifully decorated with interesting interior design touches. Shower great (if too hot for my personal taste!). Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room a real downer for me.

Staff were exceptional particularly Camilla on reception nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere was immaculately clean I though the valet service for parking the car was too expensive.

The perfect stay! Walking distance to the city centre and attractions such as the circus and the royal crescent. The hotel was spotless, as was the room. The bed was very comfortable, and there was no outside noise. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Our highlight was the delicious continental breakfast delivered to our room.

A lovely stay in a lovely boutique hotel, the staff were all excellent and couldn't do enough for us. Special mentions to Wayne and Beau who both went above and beyond from parking our car to loading our luggage from car to room and back andshowing us the many delights (and rooms) the hotel has to offer. We intend to be back with some close relatives later this year.
